My Sweet Petunia Goes to Court

So My Sweet Petunia, makers of the useful but extremely overpriced MISTI,  are suing Tim Holtz, WRMK and Hampton Art over their stamping platforms. MSP has succeeded in forcing WMRK and Hampton Art's platforms off the market but Tim's is still out there, and I will be buying it, as I will not want to support a greedy business that can't handle competition. How about you? What do you think?
